Data collection in healthcare allows health systems to create holistic views of patients, personalize treatments, advance treatment methods, improve communication between doctors and patients, and enhance health outcomes. For this reason, the promotion of data collection, data sharing and data storing for secondary use is an important issue and is the goal of TEDDY Working Group on “Health Data”. This WG arises from the need to recognize the importance of using health data and the necessity to have the proper tools to collect health data in order to increase knowledge in the field of medical research. Currently, the team is working on the revision and analysis of Post-Authorisation studies in paediatric population included in the EU PAS Register, in collaboration with the WG 3 ‘Data Sources and Multi-sources Studies’ of ENCePP. A Paediatric subgroup has been set up for the analysis of Post-Authorisation Studies in paediatric population
