The Chair, elected by the Assembly, is the legal representative of the Association. He/She is a member and convenes the General Assembly of Associates and the Board of Directors.
The current TEDDY Chair is Annagrazia Altavilla, Lawyer specialised in Health Law and Bioethics (LL.M. in Health Law; PhD in Sciences–Ethics; HDR – Public Law; Executive program in International Negotiations at the Harvard University Law School).
She is responsible of International relations of Espace Ethique PACA/Corse – Bioethics Research Centre AP-HM (France).
